Decoration Turnaround Time
Since specific pieces need decorated with school logos, uniforms may not always be ready to go home the same day the order is placed. In this event, uniforms may take a week to be decorated. Parent/guardian information will be taken and then notified when the uniforms are ready for pickup.
Apparel purchased outside of the Ravine Uniform Store can not be decorated by Ravine.
Return Policy
Items can be returned within 10 days of pickup date if unworn, unwashed, and tagged (if applicable). A receipt is required for returns to receive a full refund or to be exchanged.
Embroidered items are considered custom and are final sale – these can not be returned or exchanged.
